About Amy

I’m a mama, wife, bibliophile and full spectrum doula. The call to the birth world happened in late 2018 shortly after my husband and I moved to Houston from New Jersey. My involvement as a doula inspired me to have my own home births where we welcomed both our daughters into the world surrounded by love, good music and vibey lights.

I am passionate about birth education & advocacy, reproductive justice, holistic health and reclaiming the innate knowledge we as humans have about our bodies and birth. Helping parents-to-be learn about their birth options, take care of their bodies and spirits and employ methods to embody a safe, joyful birth is my way of gifting back to the world.

Whether this is your first child or you’ve given birth multiple times, you deserve to feel nurtured, empowered and informed from conception through postpartum, and I will have your back every step of the way. Thank you for sharing this space with me and allowing me to take part in your story!

No two stories and beings are the same. I provide personalized, non judgmental service along your pregnancy journey, regardless of race, gender affiliation, sexual orientation/identity, marital status, nontraditional family or any other characteristic unique to you personally.
