Hi, and welcome :)
I’m a mama, wife, bibliophile and full spectrum doula. The call to the birth world happened in late 2018 shortly after my husband and I moved to Houston from New Jersey. Becoming a doula not only deepened my passion for birth, but it also led me to trust my own body’s wisdom—so much so that I chose to welcome both of my daughters at home, surrounded by love, good music, and vibey lights.
I believe birth is meant to be powerful, intuitive, and profoundly personal. I am passionate about birth education & advocacy, holistic health and reclaiming the innate knowledge we as humans have about our bodies and birth.
My meal delivery service is a labor of love, crafted with the intention that every ingredient brings warmth, nourishment, and healing to postpartum mothers.
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve to feel nurtured, empowered, and fully in control of your experience from conception through postpartum. I’m here to stand beside you, hold space for your vision, and make sure you never have to navigate this journey alone.
Thank you for inviting me into your story—it’s an honor to walk this path with you.
xo Amy
